Episode 1- A unexpected event
So this is the episode where it all begins. I must say watching this again brings back so many memories. To begin with I like how the episodes starts by showing Blooms draws it was a nice way to show what kind of person Bloom was and what her hobbies were. However if you have watch this show before then you know we never really see any of her artistic abilities except for a couple episodes. The only ones coming to my mind being episode 3 of season 1 also one in season 3. I loved how Vanessa (Bloom
's mom) pranked Bloom I can honestly sympathize I hate being woken up during my break. A quote from Mike "Only 16 you are still my little girl."-Mike. I would like to remind everyone Ariel from "The Little Mermaid" got married at 16. Our screen is then graced by the amazing, wonderful, kind, and beautiful Mitzi...kidding. Mitzi is your typically mean girl. A very 2 dimensional character nothing much to say really. Bloom is enjoying an apple when Kiko Bloom

bunny freaks out and sees Stella fighting some monsters. I love how Stella gets up and gets her scepter after Bloom helps her. I was taken away the first time I saw it. This is one my favorite scenes from out the season 1. We are then graced by 3 eyes (I wonder who they are...jk) looking at the monster that attacked Stella whose name is Knut. Funny how he is worried about the glasses making him look silly. Here comes Knut the ogre. Sounds like peanut makes him really lovable in my opinion. When Stella woke up and started explaining the whole kingdom thing I was laughing, because Bloom
's dad was probably like are you kidding me. "OH!!, but of course"- Mike. Bloom shows Stella her room. Stella then shows Bloom Alfea through a magic bottomless postcard. It was super cool, but what I do not understand why she does not use her ring of Solaria. Maybe they just wanted to show us something cool, but it does seem a little pointless. They are then attacked by Knut and the hunting troll. We then see Stella's transformation I still get shivers I honestly love it. The song and the animation at the time was amazing. During this fight we honestly get to see Stella's humor and sarcasm. "Yes, but I'm no ordinary blond"- Stella. They are able to defeat Knut and the troll by calling the specialists. "A who?"- Bloom. We met Timmy, Riven, Brandon, and Prince Sky. The next day Bloom decides to go to Alfea with Stella. Mike however is not having it and decides to accompany them. "Well the rules don
't allow it, but as they say rules are meant to be broken." - Stella. Mike is then convinced once he see
's Alfea. That is the end of episode 1. 10/10 - Winx Stars In my opinion this was a great start to the series. It is funny and explains a lot of stuff. Definitely a top favorite episode.
